Cancellation & Refund

No cancellations are allowed once the event is booked via the app. Mhouz Club Application will not be refunding any amount in case of any user not able to make it after the booking is completed. In case of any queries like duplicate processing, cancellation of the admission/ postponement the user shall immediately approach the Mhouz Club Application with his/ her claim details. Such refund (if any) shall be effected by the Mhouz Club Application via payment gateway or by means of a demand draft or such other means as Mhouz Club Application deems appropriate. As a rule the Mhouz Club Application does not allow any refund against cancellation.
