Welcome to MHOUZ Night Club. By accessing or using our services, including visiting our venue, booking events, or using our website and online payment platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Age Restriction
Entry to MHOUZ Night Club is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the entry gate. Management reserves the right to deny entry without refund if age verification fails.
2. Dress Code
MHOUZ Night Club enforces a smart casual dress code. Entry may be denied if attire is deemed inappropriate at the discretion of the management.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings, whether for tables, events, or private parties, must be made through our official website or authorized agents. Payments made through RazorPay are processed securely. MHOUZ does not store any credit/debit card information.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances such as event cancellations by the club, a refund or credit note may be issued at management’s discretion.
5. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Any misconduct, including harassment, violence, or illegal activity, will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential legal action.
6. Liability
MHOUZ Night Club shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your visit. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings.
7. Alcohol & Substance Policy
Alcohol is served only to guests above the legal drinking age. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in permanent blacklisting and legal consequences.
8. Media Consent
By entering MHOUZ, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice for promotional purposes in any media, including photography and videography conducted on-site, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
9. Modification of Terms
MHOUZ Night Club reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
